Mossvale Autofest ’23 was under a canopy at the Equestrian Centre 18 Church Road, Dromara BT25 2NS. This charitable event was on behalf of the Friends of the Cancer Centre which received all the proceeds. It proved a very interesting event by attracting up to one hundred vehicles many which our magazine had not come across before which is always exciting. The star of the show for us was the MG Metro 6R4 the original 001, displayed by former Rally Champion Denis Biggerstaff. 
The 6R4 paved the way for other rare classics at the event that included a Hillman Avenger Tiger, Opel Ascona 1.6S, Chevrolet Corvette and pink Chevrolet Caprice to name but a few. The good turn out proved yet again the power of such events to deliver financial support to charities
