The static car display at the Slieve Donard Hotel, Newcastle is a truly wonderful event to experience. Not only because of the variety of classic on display, but also because of luxury accommodation and gracious environment that generate an engaging and friendly atmosphere protected against the February weather. Taking your time to move around between stunning classic motors parked on a luxurious carpet makes me wish all shows could be like this.
With around forty vehicles on display cover three or four decades it was easy to be fascinated by the changes transport has taken over such a long period.
